The NEOPRIME Art Market is run by NEOPRIME Fine Arts OHG (hereafter referred to as “NEOPRIME”), a company under german law. More information about our company can be found in our imprint. The following conditions apply to all purchases made through the NEOPRIME Art Market here on www.neoprime.de. Anyone purchasing fine art prints through this website is considered to have read and freely accepted these conditions.

 

1. CUSTOMER PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

NEOPRIME is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will never share your personal information with anyone for any reason without your explicit permission unless we are required to do so by law.

Our policy is that no personal information will be collected about you unless you choose to provide it and that any personal information which you provide us will be safeguarded to the best of our ability and not shared with others. If you register with our Art Market, you will be asked to give us your e-mail address. This is required so that if you forget your password you can e-mail us so that we can provide it to you and so that we can keep you informed of your order status. All and any information provided by you to NEOPRIME will be treated in strict confidence with respect to your privacy.

The only exception regarding the above mentioned is for our partner WHITEWALL. In order to ship your fine art print to you, we need to share some information with WHITEWALL. You can learn more about this in the section called “How we ship your fine art prints”.

2. PAYMENTS

WHICH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

You can pay by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club). The transaction will take place during the checkout process. A successful transaction is required to complete the purchase process. For multiple reasons, we can’t accept bank transfer or cash on delivery. We’re sorry.

 

SECURITY

You don’t have to worry. We spent a lot of time and effort in providing you an absolutely secure checkout process.

Our store (ART MARKET) is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is safe and secure. Encryption starts as soon as you visit our store (ART MARKET) and is effective on all store based pages such as shopping card and checkout pages.

 

TAXES AND PRICES

All prices shown in NEOPRIME Art Market include tax. 19% sales tax (Umsatzsteuer, VAT) is included. Due to technical issues automatically generated statements and order confirmations won't show taxes. We apologize for this inconvenience. You will always get a written invoice with a proper sales tax statement together with you certificate.

3. SHIPPING

COSTS

Shipping is always free of charge, no matter where you are from or which piece of art you wish to purchase.

 

HOW WE SHIP YOUR FINE ART PRINTS

To get your original fine art print to your home as fast and safe as possible, we work closely together with our partner WHITEWALL. Your prints will be shipped directly by WHITEWALL as soon as they’re produced. This way we not only save a lot of time, we can also guarantee that your limited fine art print embraces WHITEWALL’s art-secure packaging and certified shipping in order to arrive safely at your home.

The certificate of authenticity will be shipped separately together with a written invoice and several small amenities you’ll surely appreciate. The certificate will ensure that the print is not available in mass production. For every limited edition print you will be provided a certificate of authenticity that is numbered, titled, dated and hand signed by the artist.

Every piece of art is protected using wrapping tissue cut individually to the size of your order. A fibre board roll prevents unwanted bending and polystyrene holds your goods in place. Large-format and panoramic works are shipped in tailor-made wooden crated.  Before a print leaves the laboratory to you at home, every photo is painstakingly checked again by hand. You then receive your goods without middlemen or resellers.

For this reason we need to share your shipping address with WHITEWALL. We only share your name and shipping address. We do not share your email or other informations provided during your purchase process. We like to reemphasize that we care about your privacy. For that reason we ensured that WHITEWALL will also handle your information with care and that they will never share your information with others. As soon as shipping is completed, WHITEWALL will delete all your information irretrievably.

By placing your order you agree, that we share your address with our partner WHITEWALL in above mentioned way.

Please don’t forget that shipping for you is free of charge, no matter which country you are from. Nevertheless, please keep the following in mind: For countries outside the EU, additional costs such as customs charges and import taxes may apply, and delivery times may be longer. These factors vary from country to country.

 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection. Furthermore you need to send back the certificate of authenticity.

Please note that – in general – there are no exceptions to this policy. Nevertheless, we always prefer the dialogue. If you experience trouble of any kind please feel free to contact us. We are sure that we will find a solution that suits all parties.

4. RETURN POLICY

Before any return it is indispensable that you get in touch with us so that we can provide you with further information about the process. In general, returns or exchanges of original works of art are welcome if they are:

  • returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and
  • arrive in the same exact condition as when they left and
  • arrive together with the certificate of authenticity.

Please note that – in general – there are no exceptions to this policy. Nevertheless, we always prefer the dialogue. If you experience trouble of any kind please feel free to contact us. We are sure that we will find a solution that suits all parties.

5. COPYRIGHTS

By purchasing a fine art prints you are purchasing the actual physical print. Unless specifically authorized in writing, you may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilize the image in any manner without prior written authorization — you will own the print, not the rights to the original image.
